The motivation to establish Premier Healthcare Recruiters was born out of a passion to provide a quality of service that its’ owner, Suzanne Scribner, had not typically experienced in her prior role as a hiring manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Our mission is to provide our clients with the very “best of the best” in terms of talent for their openings!

Our primary goal when working with our clients is to develop solid, long-term relationships. We prefer to take the time initially to uncover what the hiring manager’s specific needs are outside of the typical job description and then focus our search on these unique priority needs.

You will be partnering with a firm that is a member of two national networks of over 750 independent recruiting offices. This network allows us to access a vast pool of talent, enabling us to quickly and efficiently submit top echelon candidates for your openings.

Our research team uses the most innovative technology to identify the elusive passive candidates that we all know are not surfing the job boards. We thoroughly screen, interview and qualify all our candidates before they are moved forward to any prospective employer. This, of course, saves you untold amounts of your valuable time and resources.
